Pork & Chive are one of the most traditional dumpling fillings you’ll find in China. They are rich, juicy, and with the addition of garlic chives, very flavourful. Serve these wontons in a chilli and ginger flavoured broth, garnished with thinly sliced spring onion and chillies, julienne ginger sticks and if you can find, mustard flowers.
